General FAQ

At what age can a baby start eating One Little Farm?

We suggest introducing our pouches when your baby is at least seven months old. In certain situations, doctors might recommend starting solids earlier. As with any new food, it's a good practice to test for allergic reactions by introducing single ingredients one at a time. If your baby isn't showing interest in solids at six months, there's no need to rush. Trust your instincts and your baby's readiness.

Why is One Little Farm pouches expensive than other brands pouches?

We want your little one to have the most amazing, high quality ingredients on the planet, and we know you do too! You must have shopped for fruits and vegetables, and you know they come in different grades. So the top graded premium fruits and vegetables are more expensive than regular ones. Where most other baby food brands use high amounts of fruits from concentrates or vegetables in powdered form, we're committed to whole and natural ingredients only. We generally test all our ingredients for pesticides and heavy metals and choose only the ones that are always free from them. This comes at a premium, but we think it's worth it.

Should One Little Farm’s baby food be the first thing I feed my little one besides breast milk/formula?

We recommend starting with single foods to test for allergies. Once you confirm your baby isn't allergic to the ingredients, our pouches are a great choice for meals. They are designed to help develop your baby's palate for healthier eating habits as they grow.

Isn't fruit the best first food?

Babies naturally enjoy sweeter foods, but that doesn’t mean they need sugar! Even the high sugar content in some fruit can be excessive for their little bodies. Remember that veggies tend to contain the same important vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber as fruits…but almost without any natural sugar!

When it comes to store bought baby foods, pay attention to the sugar content. Check the number of grams and stick to Sugar content under 10g per serving. Doesn’t sound like a lot, does it?

Isn't it better for me to just make my own pureed baby food?

Definitely! Making your own fresh purees, is always the healthiest option. Our food is great for when you are unable to cook, are on the go, are in need of a healthy and reliable snack to quickly hand your kiddo, or when sending them off to Grandparents! Check out our blog post where we talk in depth about this.

What is baby-led weaning?

Baby-led weaning allows your baby to decide when they are ready to start eating solid foods, usually around six months. This method involves letting your baby show interest in adult foods and leading the way, rather than being pressured to eat. Learn more about baby-led weaning and purees in our blog post.

Will the One Little Farm product portfolio be expanding?

Yes! Stay updated on new products by following us on Instagram @myonelittlefarm.

My baby can be a picky eater, can I return the unused products?

Unfortunately not! Since we are in a baby food category, we cannot verify if the returned sealed products are tampered with. We can never sell these returned products to other parents due to safety concerns. So returns are only available in limited cases if you receive a damaged or wrong product.

Can older kids and adults eat One Little Farm?

Of course! Older kids and people (and pets) of all ages love our food. We've seen our fans take our products on hikes, on long road trips, or simply when you just want to eat something 100% clean and super healthy!

Do your products really have more protein and healthy fat than other baby foods?

Yes! We are the only baby food brand in India that contains minimum 3g of protein and 3g of healthy fat in each pouch. Every single one of them!
